All we ask is that returns of furniture are in the original unweathered condition and be packed with the original packing material, and placed in the original carton, crate or pallet in order to prevent damage to the furniture in the event of a return. If the original crate or pallet is not available, then the customer must crate or palletize the furniture to the original specifications that the order arrived in, at customer's expense. Please note that small orders do not arrive on pallets and are simply shipped via UPS. Cushions, umbrellas and covers do not fall under the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee and are only exchangeable if there are defects. All Cushion, umbrellas and cover sales are final. All Express Priority charges and White Glove delivery are also nonrefundable. All Semco Cleaner and Preservatives sales are final and non-refundable. We WILL NOT accept returns of teak furniture that has been treated with SEMCO (or anything else) or weathered in any way. The furniture must be new and unused to be eligible for a return or exchange. Your 30 Day Money Back Guarantee begins the day your furniture arrives. The customer MUST contact us before returning any items to get a Return Authorization. Failure to do so will result in the unauthorized return being refused. Items can not be returned under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee because of future price changes or any special offers.
