In most cases your products will ship in 3-5 business days if the items are in stock. Depending on how far you live from our warehouse in Palo Alto, California, you order should arrive within 3-10 days from the shipping date. We also offer a Rush Priority shipping service if you need your items faster and White Glove Service if you don't want to bother with any assembly. See below for pricing. Please note that all umbrellas and cushions are made to order and will ship separately from your furniture in approximately 2-3 weeks.
We charge 10% of the total product cost for shipping & handling anywhere in the continental US (and anything under $100.00 ships for flat $10.95). And, unless you live in California, where our warehouse is located, you PAY NO SALES TAX. Additional levels of delivery are available as optional choices.
Rush Priority Shipping Service: We will ship your order in 1-2 days business days for 15% of the total product cost (anywhere in the continental US), if the items are in stock. Transit time will be 2-7 business days depending on how far you live from our warehouse in Palo Alto, CA.
Both Standard and Rush Priority Shipping are curbside delivery only. Please note that it is not the shipper's responsibility to haul away any packaging. Any damage to a box that is visible at the time of delivery requires that the customer immediately open the package and inspect the contents before accepting the delivery. If there is any signifigant damage to the merchandise discovered upon opening the box, the package should be refused and returned immediately. Any item accepted with a damaged box will not be eligible for return or refund. If no damage is visible on the box, we highly recommend that you unpack all items within 48 hours of delivery. In order to be eligible to exchange or return of any concealed damage to any merchandise, you must notify us and the carrier's agent of any damage to the product within 48 hours of receipt. Save all cartons and packing materials so that they can be used in the case a return is necessary. Take digital photos of the damage product and packages for claims where applicable.
White Glove Service: We will ship all your furniture fully assembled and wrapped in blankets, and put right where you want it on your patio for 20% of the total product cost (anywhere in the continental US), if the items are in stock. Transit time will be 3-10 business days from the shipping date.
